Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Timuria (the "Game"), developed and operated by Ganduja Interactive OÜ ("we", "us"), available at timuriachess.com and on the Pixidus platform. By playing Timuria, you agree to these Terms.
1. The Game
Timuria is a free-to-play digital adaptation of a historic chess variant. Some features (such as playing against the computer) require no account; others (online matchmaking, the World Ranking, and profile customization) require signing in with a Google account.
2. Accounts
If you sign in, you are responsible for the activity that occurs under your account. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us (see Section 8).
3. Acceptable Use
When using online features, you agree not to:
- Use cheating tools, automation, or external assistance to gain an unfair advantage in ranked or online games.
- Send abusive, harassing, hateful, or otherwise inappropriate messages through in-game chat.
- Impersonate another person, or use a nickname or avatar that is offensive or misleading.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to the Game's systems or other players' data.
We reserve the right to reset ratings, remove content, or suspend access for accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Advertising
Timuria is supported by advertising served through Google AdSense (on timuriachess.com) or the Pixidus SDK (on the Pixidus platform). Continued use of the Game constitutes acceptance of ad-supported gameplay as described in our Privacy Policy.
5. Intellectual Property
The Game, including its design, artwork, code, and branding, is the property of Ganduja Interactive OÜ and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works from the Game without our prior written permission.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Game is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Ganduja Interactive OÜ shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Game.
8. Changes and Termination
We may update these Terms, or modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any feature of it), at any time. Continued use of the Game after changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
